CONNECTION / GUIDES
Manually change your eSIM network
In supported destinations, you can manually try another available operator in your phone's network settings. The operator must be supported by your plan; seeing its name in a scan does not mean you can use it.

Open the settings for the correct eSIM
On Pixel, open Settings, Network & internet, then SIMs, and select the eSIM. The Network option lets you choose from available operators. On Samsung Galaxy, open Settings, Connections, Mobile networks and Network operators.
Menus and the ability to choose manually vary by device, software and carrier. Consult the device documentation if the option is missing. Do not change the settings of your other SIM by mistake.
- 01
Scan available operators
Where available, turn automatic network selection off and wait for the scan. Choose another operator only when it is supported for your plan and destination.
- 02
Check the connection
Allow the phone to attempt registration. Test mobile data with Wi-Fi off. More signal bars do not guarantee faster data, and 5G still depends on device and network support.
- 03
Return to automatic if needed
If registration is rejected or data is unavailable, restore automatic network selection. Confirm country coverage, remaining data and the plan's roaming settings before asking support.
What multi-network does not promise
IncogSIM does not promise automatic selection of the strongest operator, access to every detected network or a working connection everywhere. Manual operator selection is also different from changing the eSIM profile or changing which SIM supplies mobile data.
