CONNECTION / ESSENTIALS
Privacy, explained
IncogSIM does not ask for your name, email, phone number, billing address or a customer account.
IncogSIM is operated by Anonysim Privacy Networks LLC.
- What IncogSIM does not ask for
- Name, email, phone number, billing address or a customer account.
- What delivery still requires
- Order data, payment references and eSIM/provider identifiers.
- What third parties may have
- Payment provider records, mobile network records and public blockchain transaction information where applicable.
Your private link is your access
Anyone with the complete link can access that order. Save it securely. We store a derived hash to check access; the secret stays in the link fragment and is sent to our own service only when you use it.
There is no email recovery. An order or payment reference can help locate a record, but does not prove ownership. Replacement access is unavailable in this preview.
What delivery needs
Order details, payment records and eSIM identifiers connect a payment to a service. Accountless access reduces what you submit; it does not remove the records needed to deliver and manage the eSIM.
Privacy has boundaries
A payment processor and mobile network have their own records and policies. Public blockchains expose transaction information. We do not promise untraceability or universal exemption from verification.
No analytics or third-party chat scripts are included on private pages.
Private support conversations
Support and the optional SMS Verification add-on use first-party conversations on this website. No Telegram or external chat account is required. Order support started from your private eSIM page retains a limited connection to that order. Authorized staff can see the plan, payment state, eSIM status, available usage and top-ups, but not your private link or installation codes. This connection expires with the conversation and is removed by Burn. General and SMS conversations do not retain an order connection.
Messages are readable by authorized support staff. This is not end-to-end encrypted chat. What you type can still reveal an identity or connect a conversation to an order, so do not send private links, activation codes or unnecessary personal details.
Conversation access uses a scoped browser session. A separate one-use return link can exchange for a session in another browser; a reference alone does not grant access. Browser access does not make a shared device private.
48 hours of inactivity, or Burn
Each new customer or staff message sets deletion for 48 hours later. Reading, polling, closing and retrying the same message do not extend that deadline. Access is refused at expiry; scheduled cleanup removes the conversation, messages and conversation access records from the active database.
Burn asks for confirmation and then deletes those active-database records immediately. It does not delete your eSIM order, payment records, a third-party account or copies another person has made. Closing a conversation is not the same as burning it.
Production scheduler activation and backup or point-in-time recovery retention still require verification before launch. Active-database deletion is not a claim that all historical copies disappear immediately.
Before live sales
Production hosting disclosures, operational retention periods and payment terms must be finalized before live sales. Mobile-network and payment-provider records are outside IncogSIM's control.
