Operator and scope

IncogSIM is operated by Anonysim Privacy Networks LLC. These commercial terms apply when live checkout is available and you place an order through this website. No live contract is created by viewing the catalogue, creating a simulation order or using test payment details.

The service you choose

The plan page and checkout identify the destination or coverage area, data allowance, validity, catalogue price and available payment method. Plans are data only unless the page expressly says otherwise. Local network availability, speed and 4G or 5G access depend on the destination, device and supported network.

You are responsible for choosing the intended destination and using an unlocked, eSIM-compatible device. Check plan-specific coverage and activation information before paying.

Private order access

No customer account or email address is required. The complete private order link grants access to the order and installation information. Anyone who obtains it may be able to access the order. Save it securely before leaving the checkout flow and use the separate recovery-code option when it is offered.

A public order reference, invoice identifier or blockchain transaction ID can help support locate a record, but does not prove ownership and cannot replace private access by itself.

Payment

Use only the asset, network, destination address and exact amount shown on the current invoice. A catalogue price is not a cryptocurrency quote. Blockchain transfers can be irreversible; an unsupported asset, wrong network, expired invoice, underpayment or overpayment may require a manual investigation and does not by itself establish a completed order.

An order is paid only after the configured payment service confirms the required settlement. A wallet observation or transaction identifier alone cannot authorize delivery.

Digital delivery and activation

Delivery appears on the private order page after confirmed payment, supplier acceptance and successful provisioning. Do not assume plan validity starts at purchase, installation or first use unless the selected plan says so. Do not delete an installed profile until its reinstall policy is confirmed.

If payment is confirmed but delivery cannot be completed, contact support from the private order page. The refund and cancellation information explains how the case is reviewed.

Acceptable use and third parties

Use the service lawfully and in accordance with the destination network, device platform and any third-party service rules. Mobile networks, payment providers and public blockchains operate independently and keep records under their own policies. IncogSIM does not promise an untraceable connection, universal network availability or acceptance by a third-party app.

Mandatory rights

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. The final terms presented for a live purchase must be reviewed for the markets in which the service is offered.
